By using LumanPOP.com or any of our coaching tools, documents, or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English on purpose.

1. What LumanPOP Is

LumanPOP is an AI-powered business coaching and document platform. We provide real-time AI conversations and structured document-building tools designed to help individuals explore, start, and grow businesses. Our AI specialists — Spark, Flame, and Inferno (coaches), Prometheus (Academy professor), and Blaze (document builder) — are AI, not humans. They are not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, therapists, or any other type of regulated professional.

2. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on LumanPOP.com — including content generated by our AI coaches, the Idea Generator, the Ladder, the Academy, documents produced by Blaze in The Forge, or any other tool — constitutes financial, legal, medical, accounting, investment, tax, or any other form of regulated professional advice. All content is provided for general informational, educational, and planning purposes only.

Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making significant business, financial, legal, or tax decisions. Documents produced through The Forge include a disclaimer to this effect on every output.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We don't promise that using LumanPOP will make your business successful, profitable, or sustainable. Business outcomes depend on countless factors outside our control — your effort, market conditions, timing, execution, and more. Any examples, ideas, plans, or documents provided are illustrative and informational only.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our coaches and document builder generate live AI responses based on the information you provide. AI can make mistakes, produce inaccurate information, or generate content that isn't right for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content — including documents from The Forge — before doing so.

5. Your Data & Privacy

When you use our coaching tools, the answers you provide in our forms are sent to our secure AI service to generate your coaching session or document. This data is used solely to produce your response and is not stored, sold, or used for any other purpose by LumanPOP. We do not maintain a database of your form answers or chat content, and no personally identifying information is required to use the free Spark tier.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics on this site. Third-party libraries we use (Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome, Google Fonts) may log basic technical information such as your IP address as part of their standard CDN delivery. We recommend consulting their respective privacy policies for details.

For paid sessions and documents, our payment partner (see Section 6) processes your payment and may retain transaction records as required by their own terms and applicable law. LumanPOP receives only an order confirmation — never your card details.

6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

LumanPOP uses a pay-per-use model. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no accounts. You pay once for what you use — a single coaching session or a single document — and that's it.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, applies and remits any required sales tax or VAT for your region, and is responsible for payment security. Your card information is collected and stored by Lemon Squeezy under their own terms and privacy policy — LumanPOP never sees, processes, or stores your card details.

All sales are final. No refunds. Because each purchase immediately unlocks a live AI session or a document you build and keep, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made. If you want to try LumanPOP before paying, our Spark tier is free and gives you a real sense of how the platform works.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. The price displayed at the moment of checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

7. Documents Built in The Forge

Documents you build with Blaze in The Forge are yours to use for your own personal or business purposes — keep them, edit them, share them with your team, paste them into Word or Google Docs. We retain no rights over the specific document content you generate based on your inputs.

Each document is generated live during your session and is not saved on our servers. You are responsible for copying and saving your document before closing the session. We cannot recover documents from past sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on LumanPOP.com — including text, branding, the LumanPOP and "POP" marks, AI coach characters and personalities (Spark, Flame, Inferno, Blaze, Prometheus), Academy course content, document templates and prompt structures, and the underlying coaching systems — is the property of LumanPOP and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LumanPOP to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our coaching systems, prompts, or document schemas
• Use our tools for any purpose that could cause harm to others
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own original professional advice to others for compensation
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage LumanPOP coaching sessions or documents as a service to others

10. Third-Party Services

LumanPOP relies on third-party services to operate. These include:

• Cloudflare — site hosting, content delivery, and our AI middleware (Workers)
• Google (Gemini) — the underlying AI model that powers our coaches and document builder. Form answers and chat content are transmitted to Google's API to generate responses, subject to Google's terms
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and merchant of record for all paid sessions and documents

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content, policies, or outcomes of any third-party services. Their use of any data they receive is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumanPOP and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, its tools, or any documents produced through it — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LumanPOP.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of LumanPOP shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
